Ed, I probably should have sent the email to both addresses, but here it is again.
 
 
Hi Ed, I finally found the file that contains the picture of my brother, Alan Joseph, running one of the old GE studio cameras.  It looks like something that was being done outside the studio, in the parking lot of the station, since I don't remember ever taking those cameras on location.
 
I still have a shot of our old bread van remote unit that had the Raytheon/Dumont cameras, if I can find the publication I'll scan it for you.  It was the first mobile unit in Tucson.
 
I assume you got the RCA Broadcast News that I sent.

KGUN went on the air as KDWI in June of 1956, I went to work there in 1958.  In June of 2006 the station turned 50 and many of us that worked there were back in Tucson for a reunion.
 
Those GE cameras were the original ones that the station signed on with and stayed in service even after (for a while) the conversion to color.  I think it was around or '68  (I left for BofA in Aug of '69).
